In a contest run by the Dubuque Chamber of Commerce, Stonehill was named one of Dubuque's Coolest Places to Work. Over 60 Chamber Member businesses were nominated and evaluated in partnership with the Skywalk Group.

The contest was based on surveys completed by employees of nominated businesses. The surveys gathered information on employee benefits, culture, workplace environment, and other perks. Stonehill was selected as one of the top 17 nominees for Coolest Places to Work, and 5th Coolest Place to work in the Large Business category.

Stonehill employees touted Stonehill Wellness Center membership, jeans days, discounted meals, receptive leadership, and other benefits among the reasons Stonehill is a cool place to work.
