Find out more »Join us for self-care, relaxation, and renewal to help you stay mentally, emotionally, and physically well as a non-professional caregiver. This is a FREE event. Caregivers may attend the morning or afternoon block, or both. Each block will include five 20-minute sessions. A sack lunch will be provided between 12 and 1pm.
