Weekly Update, Thursday, September 23, 2021

We are happy to report there are currently no cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents or staff. Visits are still prohibited for residents in 1 Southeast (Rooms 121-137 and 152-157) through Sunday 9/26 due to 14-day quarantine period. Visitors are allowed for other resident areas. We continue to be in outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more cases of COVID in staff or residents. Our outbreak status and surveillance testing will continue until we reach 14 days with no new cases. If no new cases are identified, Outbreak Status will end and visitors will be allowed in 1 Southeast on Monday, 9/24.

Visitors are currently restricted in 1 Southeast, except for pre-approved compassionate care/end-of-life visits. If you have questions, please contact your social worker. For visitors in other resident areas, please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.

Please see below for full testing numbers.

If you have any questions regarding visitation or our ongoing precautionary measures you may contact Peggy Stockel, V.P. of Operations or Matt Jahn, Director of Health Services at 563-557-7180.

Thank you,

Peggy Stockel
