We have identified new cases Health Center employees. There are currently 9 positive cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected households include: 2 Southeast. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 627 (1 Pending)

Vaccine Consents
We have sent out vaccine consent forms to residents' emergency contacts for the annual influenza vaccine, the pneumonia vaccine, and the new COVID-19 booster. For those with email, these were sent out for signature via DocuSign. Those without email received the forms via postal mail.
