Weekly Update September 18, 2020

Weekly Update for Friday, September 18, 2020

We hope you and your family are doing well. This weekly update information is provided in accordance with CMS guidelines. Stonehill Communities continues to be vigilant with the surveillance of COVID-19 activity to help mitigate the spread. This week, in addition to the screening of all employees and residents and testing symptomatic employees and residents, we tested health center employees using the Quidel Sofia 2 Antigen FIA.

The Stonehill Communities Health Center had 4 employees test positive for COVID-19 during the antigen testing; all were asymptomatic. There are currently no residents positive.

Cumulative testing and case numbers are below.

Employees who test positive or who have symptoms and are pending results are not allowed to work until they are considered recovered. All employees continue to wear personal protective equipment such as face masks, face shield or goggles, and as appropriate gowns and gloves. Employees are screened for symptoms and have temperature taken at the beginning and end of each shift.

Please remember if you visit the Stonehill Communities campus to wear a mask even if you are dropping off a package in the entry way. Thank you!
