We have identified 1 new case since our last update. We continue in Outbreak Status. Visitors are currently restricted in all households. There are 9 positive cases of COVID-19 in the Health Center. We are continuing infection control measures including testing of staff and residents.

Visitors are restricted throughout the Health Center except for preapproved compassionate care and end of life visits. Please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com.

As a healthcare provider, Stonehill Communities must comply with the vaccine mandate as directed by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS). We are making preparations to ensure compliance when the mandate goes into effect December 5. We will be offering two upcoming vaccine clinics and an informational workshop on the vaccine and are encouraging all staff to consider vaccination.
