Weekly Update – Friday, September 17, 2021

Stonehill Communities has had 3 or more residents/employees report COVID-19 symptoms in the past 72 hours. There are currently 2 active cases in the Health Center. Visits are prohibited for residents in 1 Southeast, but allowed for other resident areas. We continue to be in outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more cases of COVID in staff or residents. Our outbreak status and surveillance testing will continue until we go 14 days with no new cases.

Visitors are restricted in 1 Southeast, except for pre-approved compassionate care/end-of-life visits. If you have questions, please contact your social worker. For visitors in other resident areas, please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.
