We have identified 3 new employee cases. There are currently 21 cases of COVID-19 in employees and residents at the Stonehill Health Center. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected households include 1st Floor Post-Acute Household, 1 Southeast, 1 Northwest, and 2 Northwest. Masks are required for visitors. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

Positive Resident Cases: 16 Residents; 180 Recovered

Positive Employee Cases: 5 Employees; 341 Recovered

Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 410 (0 Pending)

Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 669 (0 Pending)

Number of Positive Residents at Assisi Village: 0 positive; 33 recovered

Number of Positive Employees at Assisi Village: 0 positive; 24 recovered
