Stonehill Communities is pleased to share that the positive resident has recovered and visitors are now welcome throughout the Health Center. There is currently 1 active COVID-19 case in a Health Center employee and 3 or more residents/staff have reported new symptoms within the past 72 hours. We continue to be in outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more cases of COVID in staff or residents. Our outbreak status and surveillance testing will continue until we go 14 days with no new cases.
At this time, visitors are allowed in the Health Center and residents may have one visit each day. Please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.
