We have identified a new case of COVID-19 in a Health Center employee. There are currently 4 positive cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected households include: 2 Southeast. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

COVID-19 cases/testing at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, as of September 28, 2022:

Positive Resident Cases: 2 Residents; 143 Recovered

Positive Employee Cases: 2 Employees; 307 Recovered

Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 340 (0 Pending)

Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 628 (0 Pending)

With no further resident cases, 2 Southeast is resuming communal dining and group activities.
