Stonehill Communities has had 3 or more new residents/staff reporting symptoms in the past 72 hours. There is currently 1 active COVID-19 case in the Health Center. Visits are allowed for health center residents. We continue to be in outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more cases of COVID in staff or residents. Our outbreak status and surveillance testing will continue until we go 14 days with no new cases.

Please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.
