We are thrilled to announce that we are now able to schedule outdoor visits between residents and family members!
We are now scheduling 30-minute outdoor resident/family visits by units. The visits will be in the front parking lot of the Stonehill Health Center. Designated areas will be set up for visits. Please see the schedule below for the times each resident area is able to participate in outdoor visits.
To request an outdoor visit, we ask family members to email the name of the resident you will be visiting along with the date and time slot requested to: shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Please include in your email the requested time slot: 9:30-10am, 10:15-10:45am, 11:00-11:30am, 1:30-2:00pm, 2:15-2:45pm or 3:00-3:30pm.
You will receive a confirmation email response back with the date and time of your scheduled visit.
On the day of the visit, family members and resident will be required to wear a face mask and remain 6ft apart. Family members will also be required to complete a health screening upon arrival. Only 2 visitors 18 years or older are allowed for the visit. The visit will be cancelled if your loved one is in isolation on the day of the scheduled visit.
