Surveillance testing has identified a new positive case in a Health Center employee. We continue to be in Outbreak Status. There are currently three positive staff cases.

The new positive employee worked in the 2 Southeast Household in the past 48 hours. Visitors are restricted in the 2 Southeast Household (Rooms 220-233 and 250-254) and the 1st Floor Skilled Household (Rooms 138H-151H), but visitors to residents in other areas may continue.

Visits are restricted in the 1st Floor Skilled Household and 2 Southeast Household, except for preapproved compassionate care/end-of-life visits. For all other areas, please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.
