A new positive case has been identified in a Health Center employee. We are now in Outbreak Status. There are currently two positive staff cases.

The new positive employee worked in the 1st Floor Skilled Household in the past 48 hours. The employee was fully vaccinated at the time of their positive test. Visitors are restricted in the Skilled Household (Rooms 138H - 151H), but visitors to residents in other areas may continue.

Visits are restricted in the 1st Floor Skilled Household, except for preapproved compassionate care/end-of-life visits. For all other areas, please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.
