This communication is to inform you that we have had 3 or more staff reporting symptoms since our last update. Tests are pending. We continue in Outbreak Status. Visitors are currently restricted in all households. There are 13 positive cases of COVID-19 in the Health Center. We are continuing infection control measures including testing of staff and residents.

Visitors are restricted throughout the Health Center except for preapproved compassionate care and end of life visits. Please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com.
