We have identified two new resident cases in 2 Southeast. We are in Outbreak Status. There are currently 9 cases in Health Center residents/employees. Affected households include 1st Floor Post-Acute Household and 2 Southeast. Masks are required for visitors. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

COVID-19 cases/testing at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, as of November 7, 2022:
Positive Resident Cases: 8 Residents; 149 Recovered
Positive Employee Cases: 1 Employee; 315 Recovered
Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 353 (0 Pending)
Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 637 (0 Pending)

Communal dining and group activities have been suspended in 2 Southeast to limit the risk of exposure between residents. As cases decrease, we will resume meals in the dining room and group activities.
