As a reminder about visitors:
Due to the continued COVID-19 activity in our community, rising positivity rates throughout our state, and high rates of hospitalizations in our community, there will be no in-person visits allowed at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, except in end-of-life situations. We will re-evaluate this restriction on Monday, December 7.
We encourage families to use the virtual visit option. And information can be found on our website at https://www.stonehilldbq.com/visitor-information/ .
We recognize that it is difficult to not be with your loved ones at the holidays, but it remains important that we are diligent in our safety precautions to protect the vulnerable populations we serve. We are hopeful that a vaccine is coming and until then we must be vigilant in the continued mitigation strategies.
Please note the next Weekly Update will be sent on Wednesday due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. We wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving, though we know this year will look different. We continue to pray for the safety of our community.
