Update for Wednesday, May 5, 2021
Yesterday, May 4, 2021, Stonehill Communities Health Center had a resident test positive for COVID-19 during routine surveillance testing. The resident is reporting no symptoms, and a confirmatory PCR specimen has been sent to the state lab. We are continuing to test residents and employees. We will continue to pause visits at this time (we will continue to allow for end of life and specific compassionate care scenarios). For specific questions about compassionate care visits please contact social work staff.
After baseline testing concludes, we will remain in an outbreak status (CMS defines outbreak status as one or more positive cases of COVID-19) for 14 days from last confirmed case for resident(s) or employee(s).
