Weekly Update for Friday, May 14, 2021
As we previously indicated Stonehill Communities Health Center is currently listed in "outbreak status" per CMS. CMS defines outbreak status as one or more positive cases of COVID-19 in a staff member or resident. Outbreak status continues for 14 days past the last identified case. Due to the completion of the first round of surveillance testing, resident visits were able to resume.

New Mask Guidance
** Yesterday the CDC released new guidelines for vaccinated individuals which can be read here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html. Please note that everyone must continue to mask when entering the building, walking through the building, and exiting the building. Residents and visitors who are fully vaccinated may remove masks when in the resident room.
We encourage everyone to consider getting vaccinated unless there is a health or religious reason that indicates otherwise.
