We have identified 2 new cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents in the 2 Southeast Household. There are currently 6 positive cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected Households include: 2 Southeast. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

COVID-19 cases/testing at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, as of June 21, 2022:
Positive Resident Cases: 2 Residents; 108 Recovered
Positive Employee Cases: 4 Employees; 233 Recovered
Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 291 (1 Pending)
Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 563 (2 Pending)
