We have identified new cases of COVID-19 in a Health Center resident in the 1st Floor Skilled Household and an employee. There are currently 14 positive cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected Households include: 1 Skilled Household, 1 Southeast, and 1 Northwest. Visitors are allowed for all residents, however, visitors of residents in affected areas are encouraged to postpone visits.

COVID-19 cases/testing at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, as of July 15, 2022:
Positive Resident Cases: 8 Residents; 111 Recovered
Positive Employee Cases: 6 Employees; 253 Recovered
Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 306 (0 Pending)
Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 579 (1 Pending)
