We have identified new cases of COVID-19 in a Health Center resident and 2 employees. There are currently 12 positive cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected Households include: 1 Southeast and 1 Northwest. Visitors are allowed for all residents, however, visitors of residents in affected areas are encouraged to postpone visits.

Positive Resident Cases: 9 Residents; 112 Recovered
Positive Employee Cases: 3 Employees; 252 Recovered
Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 304 (0 Pending)
Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 577 (1 Pending)
