Weekly Update for Friday, January 8, 2021
This update provides information on COVID-19 cases and test results for both residents and staff of Stonehill Communities for January 8, 2021. We continue to test staff twice weekly for COVID-19.
Stonehill Communities continues to follow guidelines from CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services), IDPH (Iowa Department of Public Health and CDC, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues in our country. We recognize this continues to be an ever evolving situation. All residents at the Stonehill Health Center are monitored regularly for symptoms of COVID-19. Residents are tested when displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and are also tested weekly as part of this surveillance. Residents on the units where positive cases occurred are being tested daily during the suspected incubation period. Contact tracing is also being performed for positive cases.
The continued safety and health of Stonehill Communities residents and staff is important to us, for a complete list of mitigation efforts on our campus click here: https://www.stonehilldbq.com/covid-19-mitigation-efforts-at-stonehill-health-center/
