Update for Tuesday, January 12, 2021
This communication provides an update on the current COVID-19 cases at Stonehill Communities Health Center.
Stonehill Communities continues to follow guidelines from CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services), IDPH (Iowa Department of Public Health and CDC, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues in our country. We recognize this continues to be an ever evolving situation. All residents at the Stonehill Health Center are monitored regularly for symptoms of COVID-19. Residents are tested when displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and are also tested weekly as part of this surveillance. Residents on the units where positive cases occurred are being tested daily during the suspected incubation period. Contact tracing is also being performed for positive cases.

Number of Positive Employee Cases: 8 Positive; 74 Recovered
Number of Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 89 (0 Pending)
Number of Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (Including Pending): 261 (2 Pending)
As a reminder the second COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held at Stonehill Communities on Monday, January 18 in partnership with Community Pharmacy.
