We have identified new cases in Health Center residents. There are currently 13 active cases in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected households include 1 Southeast, 1 Northwest, 2nd Floor Memory Care and 2 Northwest. Masks are required for visitors. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

COVID-19 cases/testing at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, as of December 30, 2022:
Positive Resident Cases: 12 Residents; 168 Recovered
Positive Employee Cases: 1 Employee; 329 Recovered
Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 384 (1 Pending)
Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including Pending): 652 (0 Pending)

Communal dining and group activities have been discontinued in units with 3 or more cases to prevent further infection. These activities will resume when cases decrease.
