We have identified a new case in a Health Center resident. There are currently 12 active cases in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected households include 2nd Floor Memory Care and 1 Southeast. Masks are required for visitors. Visitors are allowed for all residents.

COVID-19 cases/testing at the Stonehill Communities Health Center, as of December 24, 2022:

Positive Resident Cases: 8 Residents; 162 Recovered

Positive Employee Cases: 4 Employees; 324 Recovered

Annual Insurance Premium Letters

2023 annual insurance premiums have gone up. For those who are receiving Medicaid benefits, we need to receive a copy of the letter notifying you of the increase. Not all insurance carriers send a letter, so if you do not receive one, you will need to call to receive this documentation. This increase includes Part D (prescription drug plans), supplement insurance and any other income increases as well. If you have questions about what is needed, please contact your loved one’s social worker.
