As the COVID-19 pandemic continues it is our top priority to continue the important steps to keep residents and staff safe on the Stonehill Communities campus. This update provides information on COVID-19 test results for both residents and staff for Stonehill Communities. We continue to test staff twice weekly.

Resident Responsible Parties/Emergency Contacts - Please remember to complete and send back the COVID-19 Vaccination Consent form by December 21st with your loved one's choice to either receive or decline the vaccine. This is critical to ensure we have the proper amount of vaccine available. Information about the vaccine and a copy of the waiver were sent by postal mail on 12/15 as well as by email.
