Update for Sunday, August 29, 2021

Stonehill Communities has identified a new positive COVID-19 case in a Health Center employee. There are currently 3 active COVID-19 cases in the Health Center. Visitation status has not changed. We continue to be in outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more cases of COVID in staff or residents. Our outbreak status and surveillance testing will continue until we go 14 days with no new cases.

At this time, visitors are allowed except in the 3rd Floor Household. Only pre-approved compassionate care/end of life visits will be allowed in 3rd Floor Household. If you have questions about visits please contact a social work staff member.

Please continue to schedule your visits with our social work team by emailing shcresidentvisits@stonehilldbq.com. Outdoor visits are encouraged as weather permits.

Please see below for full testing numbers.
