We have identified a new case of COVID-19 in a Health Center employee. There are currently 5 positive cases of COVID-19 in Health Center residents/employees. We are in Outbreak Status. Affected Households include 3 Northwest. Visitors are allowed for all residents.
With cases significantly reduced, we have resumed group dining and activities in the 1 Southeast and 3 Northwest Households.
