Update for Wednesday, August 25, 2021
Stonehill Communities identified a positive case of COVID-19 in a resident at Stonehill Communities Health Center on 8/24/21. We previously communicated that we are in outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more cases of COVID in staff or residents. Therefore, we will continue in outbreak status and continue surveillance testing until we go 14 days with no new cases.
At this time, we may resume visitation except the area affected (3rd Floor Household). Only pre-approved compassionate care/end of life visits will be allowed in 3rd Floor Household. If you have questions about visits please contact a social work staff member.
All other areas can resume visitation. However, to help reduce the number of people in the building, we ask visits occur outdoors as much as possible. In addition, we are asking that residents remain on their units for all meals and activities. We will provide a rotating Mass schedule so all residents can attend on their floor's assigned day, except the area affected. Residents must wear mask and perform hand hygiene to attend Mass. We appreciate everyone helping to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 on our campus.
Please see below for full testing numbers.
