Update for Wednesday, August 18, 2021

On August 12, 2021 Stonehill Communities informed you of the current Outbreak status, identified by CMS as 1 or more positive cases of COVID-19 in an employee or resident. CMS requires that when an outbreak status is identified we must do surveillance testing of all residents and employees. As of today, August 18, 2021 the baseline outbreak surveillance testing has been completed and no additional cases of COVID-19 were identified in residents or staff at Stonehill Communities Health Center.

We will continue surveillance testing of residents and employees. If there are no new cases, identified outbreak status will end 8/24/2021.

At this time Mass, group activities, and visits may resume for residents.

Per CMS guidelines we must also inform you there are 3 or more employees who have reported symptoms in the past 72 hours. Please see below for full numbers of COVID-19 testing and pending results.

Number of Positive Resident Cases: 0 Residents; 61 Recovered

Number of Positive Employee Cases: 1 Employees; 115 Recovered

Number of Residents Tested w/ COVID-19 symptoms or Surveillance Tested (including pending): 162 (0 Pending)

Number of Employees Tested for COVID-19 for Symptoms or Exposure (including pending): 342 (2 Pending)
