Find out more »Pair your step aerobics with some strength training. Class will shift from step, to strength, to floor based exercises to capture a full-body workout. The last 15 minutes will be for recovery. (Foam rolling, yoga straps, balance, or stretching)
Find out more »With this practice of Yoga you are targeting the connective tissues rather than the muscular tissues. This class will go through standing and floor lying exercises to work on the deep tissues such as your ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body. Yin Yoga takes place in the Education Center.
Find out more »Participants will utilize a chair as they work on strength and cardio. Class design allows for seated or standing exercises as needed by members. This class is a great stepping stone for those new to fitness or those coming off of physical therapy.
