Pair your step aerobics with some strength training. Class will shift from step, to strength, to floor based exercises to capture a full-body workout. The last 15 minutes will be for recovery. (Foam rolling, yoga straps, balance, or stretching)

Take on a full body workout complete with recovery. This class will incorporate muscular strengthening and cardiorespiratory exercise. Recovery performed through stretching, balance training, yoga straps, and foam rollers. All ages welcome!

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that utilizes a chair to create modifications from general yoga classes. The chair will be used for seated, standing, and leaning exercises to work on muscle tone, breathing, flexibility and relaxation.

30 minutes of cognitive training, working to keep the brain sharp! This class will not incorporate physical exercises, but brain exercises. Educational aspects will be included about topics such as neuroplasticity and memory loss.
We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.
Green Level 2 class
Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.
Red Level 3 class
Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.
All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.
