An event every week that begins at 9:15am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until August 29, 2018
This class will include stretching, strengthening, balance training, resistance bands, dumbbells, yoga straps and foam rollers. All ages welcome! Classes range from 60 minutes depending on the time of day.
An event every week that begins at 8:45am on Tuesday, repeating until August 28, 2018
Purple Level 1 class
We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.
Green Level 2 class
Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.
Red Level 3 class
Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.
All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.
