All Caregiver Resource Center activities are free unless otherwise noted. Many activities are available for either in-person or virtual attendance. Stonehill Communities Open House

September 22, 2022 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Stop in to see the new Administrative/Outreach building including the Caregiver Resource Center and other improvements on campus over the last several years. Tours will be provided of the Administrative/Outreach building with the Caregiver Resource Center and Outpatient Therapy Clinic, Wellness Center improvements, and other donor-funded projects including the San Damiano Chapel, Franciscan Connection Sky Bridge, Assisi Village expansion and renovation, and Assisi Village Chapel. Refreshments will be provided. No RSVP necessary.

Purple Level 1 class

We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.

Green Level 2 class

Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.

Red Level 3 class

Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.

Special events

All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.

Support group

Caregiver support groups to share experiences, process thoughts and feelings, engage with other caregivers, and gain strength to continue providing care.

Educational

Informational sessions on chronic health conditions, financial and legal options, community services, and other resources for caregivers.

Caregiver and loved one

Social or recreational activity programs where the caregiver and loved one can participate together.

Caregiver networking and self-care

Social, recreational, self-care, or networking programs specifically for caregivers.
