Join Wellness Staff for a group tour of the strength equipment. You will learn how to properly adjust each machine, learn the benefits, and learn how to progress or regress weight and repetitions when it is time to change your program.
An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until August 27, 2019
Purple Level 1 class
We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.
Green Level 2 class
Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.
Red Level 3 class
Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.
All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.
