An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 21, 2019

Participants will utilize a chair as they work on strength and cardio. Class design allows for seated or standing exercises as needed by members. This class is a great stepping stone for those new to fitness or those coming off of physical therapy.  On Tuesday and Thursdays, the last 15 minutes will have a focus on cognitive drills, gait recovery, or balance.
