An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 19, 2019
Participants will utilize a chair as they work on strength and cardio. Class design allows for seated or standing exercises as needed by members. This class is a great stepping stone for those new to fitness or those coming off of physical therapy. On Tuesday and Thursdays, the last 15 minutes will have a focus on cognitive drills, gait recovery, or balance.

Purple Level 1 class
We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.
Green Level 2 class
Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.
Red Level 3 class
Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.
All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.
