An event every week that begins at 4:45pm on Thursday, repeating until November 15, 2018
This class takes place outside. Sprint and strength circuits are completed on a hill to help build power. All the sets are completed at your own pace. If it is raining class will be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in the Wellness Center.

Purple Level 1 class
We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.
Green Level 2 class
Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.
Red Level 3 class
Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.
All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.
