Staffed Hours for August: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 5:15am-6:00pm; Thursdays & Fridays 5:15am-3:30pm. Staff will only be available until 1:30pm on Friday 8/12, Friday 8/26 and Monday, 8/29.

Pool room is closed August 8th-August 12th for remodel.

Facility is closed August 17th & 18th for arrival/set up of new equipment.

Face masks are optional at this time. Waivers must be signed before entering the facility. Due to construction, please enter the Wellness Center through the back door near the Health Center main entrance. Construction is taking place inside the Wellness Center. Please use caution when moving around the facility.

All Caregiver Resource Center activities are free unless otherwise noted. Many activities are available for either in-person or virtual attendance. Please click event for details on attendance, location, and RSVP requirements. We welcome you to email Jolene or call 563.690.9679 with any questions about upcoming events.

Purple Level 1 class

We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.

Green Level 2 class

Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.

Red Level 3 class

Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.

Special events

All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.

Support group

Caregiver support groups to share experiences, process thoughts and feelings, engage with other caregivers, and gain strength to continue providing care.

Educational

Informational sessions on chronic health conditions, financial and legal options, community services, and other resources for caregivers.

Caregiver and loved one

Social or recreational activity programs where the caregiver and loved one can participate together.

Caregiver networking and self-care

Social, recreational, self-care, or networking programs specifically for caregivers.
