All Caregiver Resource Center activities are free unless otherwise noted. Many activities are available for either in-person or virtual attendance. An event every 2 weeks that begins at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 29, 2023

Are you someone who is providing care and support for a loved one with chronic illness? We understand and are here to help. This support group is open to any types of caregivers. We provide a safe place to process thoughts and feelings, engage with other caregivers, and gain strength to continue providing care.

A volunteer is available to sit and visit with loved ones nearby during the group.

Purple Level 1 class

We recommend Level 1 classes if you are new to a fitness program or have significant pain in your hips or knees. Exercises in Level 1 classes will NEVER go to the floor.

Green Level 2 class

Level 2 classes are our intermediate-level classes. Some of the exercises are performed on the floor. Be comfortable with Level 1 before taking Level 2, and you must have the ability to move yourself to and from the floor.

Red Level 3 class

Level 3 classes include jumping, running, and floor-based exercises. We encourage you to be comfortable with Level 2 before continuing on to level 3.

Special events

All special events are drop-in based and open to all members. No need to register.

Support group

Caregiver support groups to share experiences, process thoughts and feelings, engage with other caregivers, and gain strength to continue providing care.

Educational

Informational sessions on chronic health conditions, financial and legal options, community services, and other resources for caregivers.

Caregiver and loved one

Social or recreational activity programs where the caregiver and loved one can participate together.

Caregiver networking and self-care

Social, recreational, self-care, or networking programs specifically for caregivers.
