Jump-start your healthcare career

CNA Fast track program

Do you want to start a career in healthcare? Stonehill can help you obtain your CNA certification and get established in your career in a matter of weeks with our Fast Track program.

EARN WHILE YOU LEARN

Stonehill Communities has partnered with Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) to offer an earn and learn Certified Nurse Aide program. Through this partnership, Stonehill is able to hire employees and help them grow in their healthcare career. New employees are able to build relationships with peers in their field and earn an income while they are enrolled in training. Students are hired as Resident Service Technicians and upon completion of their Certified Nurse Aide course, are then employed as Certified Nurse Aides, earning a minimum of $14.50/hour.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

Stonehill will pay for the CNA classes and certification of those who are hired as Service Technicians and working a minimum of 16 hours/week. Individuals enrolled in the Fast Track program may be eligible for additional support services including a NICC Success Coach and daycare benefits.
