We want to thank you and the entire staff at Stonehill for all the loving care Mom received while she was a resident. It is never an easy decision to place a loved one in a care facility, but once the decision was made, it was a wonderful gift to have Mass six days a week and the rosary every day, especially in Mom's case. They were both such a major part of her life.
Philosophy
We believe in the dignity and worth of each individual, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, or sex. We believe that each resident has the right to be cared for by staff members that are competent, professional, compassionate and caring. We believe each employee has the right to voice his or her concerns in an environment that is free from criticism, censure, or reprimand. We believe that in our role of Human Resources and Staff Development, we act as both advocate and resource for staff and managers and therefore, must demonstrate leadership and professionalism in action.
