Stonehill Franciscan Services (SFS) is a faith-based, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) quality retirement and care community serving elders primarily in Dubuque, Iowa. Services provided by SFS include Independent Living Villas and Apartments; Adult Day Care and Respite Care; a Residential Care Facility; and a Skilled Nursing Facility with an excellent rehabilitation program complete with physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Located in a peaceful and secure setting, surrounded by trees, directly across the street from Mount St. Francis we invite visitors to walk along the paths in our beautiful backyard, sit in our three-seasons porch, or walk along the sidewalks throughout our campus.

I just wanted to let you know how much my family appreciated the wonderful and loving care that you gave to my mom while she was there. It was so hard for us to leave her there the first day wondering if we had made the right decision. The care that my mom received was unbelievable for the short time that she was there. After visiting her there numerous times, we knew that we had made the right decision and my mom was in the best hands that she could be. It takes special kind of people to work in nursing homes and you have so many of those there!
We were so impressed with the dignity and respect that was given to my mom after she passed. The service at the entrance for my mom was absolutely beautiful and left my family with peace in our hearts. You have no idea how much this helped my family get through this difficult day.
Thank you so much for making the last days of my mom's life so meaningful.
