Plus, unlike many retirement living alternatives, the price of a lifetime of healthcare services is not imbedded in the cost of Assisi Village-so we give you the choice to pay only for the long-term healthcare services you actually use. That way these assets are not needlessly tied up when they could be working harder for you.
Option #1
Traditional plan (60-Month Amortization)
If you wish to place the maximum amount of resources in investments other than your home and are less concerned about long-term refund rights, this plan may be your choice. It allows you to make the least initial investment necessary to gain lifetime occupancy rights to an independent living residence at Assisi Village. Should you give up your residence at Assisi Village within 60 months of moving in, your entrance fee will be returned to you or your estate less a pro-rated monthly percentage. A maximum of 85% will be returned to you if you leave before five months have elapsed.

Monthly Rental
If you prefer a monthly rental plan, a community fee of $2,000 ensures your entrance at Assisi Village. Monthly Fees start at $1,300 per month and increase accordingly, depending on the size of the apartment or villa.
In addition to these flexible financing options that secure your private residence, Assisi Village offers a variety of services and access to the finest in amenities to enhance your lifestyle. Monthly service fees start at $500 and include:
